Sunrise Across The Farm

This image goes along with last week’s post. I created this panorama with a Leica M8 and a 75mm lens. There are actually cows on the left hand side, but the fog renders them almost invisible. I love shooting panoramas with a 75mm lens. You get virtually no distortion in the lines across the merged frames. A lot of people use wide angle lenses for landscapes. If you haven’t tried a telephoto lens in landscapes, it’s time to try one! Too bad I can’t mount a 300mm lens on a Leica M! Enjoy the weekend!

My Friday photo posts are designed to be an outlet for images I create for myself outside of my usual work. I encourage people to really play and experiment and do something different in their creative art regularly. You can follow my twitter for more fun images throughout the week.
