Leica Store Washington, D.C. is Open!

Leica has opened a new store in Washington, D.C.! I think this is a fantastic move for awareness in this region. There are a lot of rangefinder enthusiasts in the area, and plenty of professional photographers. Having a center to provide access to everything Leica will surely bring people to the brand.

The store itself has a great layout and very relaxed vibe. I got to check out the Leica S2 during the grand opening and had the opportunity to make some images. I will be talking more about my observations with this camera at a later point, but below are two shots of the store using the S2.

I absolutely love the rendering on this photo taken with the 75mm lens. What gorgeous drawing!

Congratulations to Leica on the new store! You can visit the Leica Store by taking the Metro Center metro stop and walking about a block.
