This Friday I felt like sharing a macro image I made with the Fuji X100. My usual macro images are long tele length with stacked extension tubes. I enjoy changing things up and using a different perspective once in a while. The macro on the X100 is a blast to use. I love getting close with a 35mm lens. The closer the better. The X100 has a beautiful glow at F/2 at under 12″ distance. This was shot at F/4 so most of that is gone. Either way, I love the rendering of this camera! Watch out for plenty more posts about this camera!

My Friday photo posts are designed to be an outlet for images I create for myself outside of my usual work. I encourage people to really play and experiment and do something different in their creative art regularly. You can follow my twitter for more fun images throughout the week.
